Responsibilities
• Follow up and build rapport with leads and prospects.
• Consult with clients to discover their property desires; then find and show properties that meet those needs/wants.
• Participate in open houses and networking activities.
• Guide 30 to 50 buyer and seller clients through the home purchase process each year.
• "Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and guidance.
• Serve as a strong advocate for clients and their goals.
Qualifications
• Current Real Estate License is required.

Customer Service Manager
We are searching for a Customer Service Manager who has a genuine desire to help others, takes pride in their quality of work, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and also has the ability to multi-task and solve problems. The position will primarily call for running various errands, assisting in preparing homes for photography, attending inspections, meeting with various vendors for quotes,- a reliable car is a must. Must be very flexible, organized, and willing to wear many different hats! The ideal applicant is comfortable answering phones, conversing with clients, has a firm grasp of technology, and displays a professional, positive, customer-focused attitude. Good organizational, time management, problem-solving and computer skills are a requirement for this position!

Responsibilities
Meeting with vendors (gathering estimates, coordinating repairs, etc.)
Attending various appointments (termite/roof inspections, final walk-throughs, etc.)
Attending Home Inspections (taking note of any items of concern)
Assist department heads with various administrative tasks
Answer phones
Converse with clients
Prepare for photography appointments (both during the afternoons and evenings)
Preparing properties for showings
Prepare for all client gifts
Prepare for Open Houses (gathering and dropping off supplies at our listings)
Run errands- (vacant property checks, supply runs etc.)
Qualifications
Must live within 20 min drive of our office and have a car in working order
Previous experience in a Real Estate office is an advantage but not a requirement
Must communicate well on the phone and in-person
Must be able to wear many hats
Be warm, engaging, and have an inviting personality
Basic computer skills
Experience with social media is a plus
Compensation
$18 - $20 hourly + bonus
Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a bright, self-motivated individual to fill our personal assistant position which has many tasks.
We are a luxury real estate brokerage who prides ourselves on providing superior customer service and industry knowledge to our clients. The position will primarily call for running various errands and assisting in preparing homes for photography, a reliable car is a must. Must be very flexible and willing to wear many different hats! The ideal applicant is comfortable answering phones, occasionally conversing with clients, firm grasp on technology, and displays a professional, positive, customer-focused attitude. Good organizational, time management, and computer skills are a must for this wonderful position!

• Previous experience in a Real Estate office is an advantage but not a requirement
• Must communicate well on the phone and in-person
• Experience with social media and print marketing is a huge plus
• Basic computer skills
Compensation
$13-$14 per hour
